Updated navigation data for the Audio 50 APS (NTG 4-212) navigation device.
5 CDs, packed with navigation data for 39 European countries, with major and minor roads, towns, villages and plenty of points of interest:
Albania, Andorra, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Vatican City.
The 2017/2018 version covers the whole of Western Europe.
The navigation data on the 2017/2018 version covers over 8.4 million kilometres of road throughout Europe.
In Eastern Europe there is now full coverage of all countries except Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria and Macedonia.
Coverage of the detailed road network has been extended in the following countries: Albania: +13 percent, Bosnia-Herzegovina: +12 percent, Bulgaria: +6 percent, Macedonia: +22 percent.
The 2017/2018 version features almost 800,000 towns and communities.
Precise navigation to the required house number:
This product does not feature expanded house numbers. Focus was placed on updating the house numbers available.
Points of Interest (POI):
Over 5.5 million key points of interest are featured on the DVD, including filling stations, car parks, museums, restaurants and hospitals. There are over 800,000 more POIs here than on the previous version. If required, the navigation system will also show the user the quickest route to 2952 Mercedes-Benz service outlets.
Some 327,736 health services and 126,008 bus stations have been added to the new 2017/2018 version.
Dynamic route guidance based on the latest traffic data (TMC/RDS):
Using the data from the Traffic Message Channel, the navigation system takes into account the latest motorway traffic bulletins and automatically calculates diversions. This convenient service is now available in 14 countries, 2 of which have been updated for this version.
Road network updates:
Map updates include millions of changes, e.g. new roads, crossroads, bypasses, junctions and motorway slip roads and exits. One section of road may feature a whole range of attributes such as house numbers, one-way routing, number of lanes or turning restrictions. All of these attributes and the vast number of points of interest are updated constantly.
