Two DVDs, packed with navigation data for 34 European countries, with major and minor roads, towns, villages and plenty of points of interest.
The 2013 version covers the whole of Western Europe. The navigation data on the 2013 version cover over 9.3 million kilometres of road throughout Europe.
In Eastern Europe there is full coverage of the Baltic states, Greece, Croatia, Poland, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania.
Intensive work has enabled the quality of the maps for Slovakia to be significantly increased (20,297 km Prime Coverage*, compared with 15,590 km on the previous version).
The 2013 version features 91,362 towns and communities.
There is, for the most part, full house number coverage in central and northern European countries, while coverage in Greece has been improved by 1% and in Poland by 4%.
Over 3 million key points of interest are featured on the DVDs, including Filling stations, Car parks, Museums, Restaurants and Hospitals. There are around 165,000 more POIs here than on the previous version. If required, the navigation system will also show the user the quickest route to 2667 Mercedes‑Benz service outlets.
49,013 restaurants and 1474 hotels have been added to the new 2013 version.
In this new version, for example, over 21,364 roundabouts, 25,581 turning restrictions, 11,775 one-way streets and 321,390 street names have also been updated. In addition, over 566,193 kilometres of road have been updated, including approx. 291 sections of motorway and dual carriageway.
Using the data from the Traffic Message Channel, the navigation system takes into account the latest motorway traffic bulletins and automatically calculates diversions. This convenient service is now available in all 34 countries.
