Turning the rear seats into everybody's favourite spot: this kit introduces your iPad® Air and all of its functionality to your Mercedes-Benz. Your vehicle must be fitted with "pre-installation for Entertainment System and Convenience Telephony" (optional extra Code 866 for Passenger Cars or special equipment Code EM4 for Vans). The mount tilts and rotates, allowing passengers of all sizes to select the optimum viewing position and choose between portrait or landscape format. All of your device's controls remain fully accessible. The mount and the supplied protective film for the device's screen enhance crash safety. The film also protects the display from scratches.
Simply slide the mount into the slot provided on the back of the front seats until it latches securely into place. Once your iPad is inserted, it will automatically be charged. Further devices can be charged via the USB interface and separately available charging cable.
